In 2005, Greg left his position as an event production manager in Manhattan to launch what would become the country’s premier furniture and event rental company, Room Service Furniture and Event Rentals. With a vision to supply a much-needed first-class service to the event industry, Greg used an SBA loan to establish the foundation for Room Service. Armed with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from American University, and drawing upon experiences in the event industry, from nightclub ownership to working in the Executive Office of the President for Scheduling and Advance in the White House, Greg turned Room Service into a company that clients ranging from Shaquille O’Neal and P. Diddy to Citigroup and Tommy Hilfiger reach out to for stylishly chic furniture and decor, for events coast to coast.

Greg enjoys designing and testing new product lines for Room Service and has plans to expand the company to locations across the country.

Jamie Oristano

With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Jamie manages sales and marketing for Room Service. Jamie entered the Special Event Industry moonlighting for his brother’s production company while working in the computer field, actually utilizing his University of South Florida Computer Engineering degree. Currently, Jamie is a board member for the SEARCH Foundation and has previously held board and committee positions with a variety of industry associations including ISES International and the Orange County Convention Center’s Exhibitors Advisory Board.

You can see Jamie using his networking skills, at many industry conventions and meetings, and if you are lucky, you just may catch him jumping on stage singing with a Reggae band!

Mandy Diaz

Originally from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, Mandy moved to Miami in 2003; bringing with her degree in Communications and years of event production experience. Once in Miami, Mandy worked for Miami New Times and BizBash Florida. Since joining Room Service, Mandy has managed the Tampa market and now Mandy brings her attention to detail and constant accessibility to the clients in the South Florida region.

Mandy enjoys traveling, listening to world music, dining and cooking international cuisine.

Megan Schasel

Originally from Western New York, Megan comes to Miami via New York City with a degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology and previous experience as an event coordinator. Megan has become an integral part of the Room Service South Florida team. Megan is energetic and always eager to go above and beyond!

Megan loves to jog all over Miami and has one weakness: country music!

Ralph Vizcarrondo

Accounting Manager

Ralph originates for Bridgeport, CT. His accounting experience ranges from working in small private accounting firms to the accounting department for large companies such as Louis Vuitton. Ralph currently manages all financial transactions and reporting for the entire company, while at the same time managing the human resources division. He is a stickler for the details, but he has to be with all that on his plate.

Rumor has it, Ralph used to play a mean trumpet in high school!

Brady L. Jones

Brady is a Miami Dade county native! Raised on the values of diligence and perfectionism, Brady has set his focus on ensuring that the Room Service level of customer service is provided around the clock to customers. Brady calls it “satisfaction with a smile!” Being the humble guy that he is, Brady accredits the success of his department to the staff he works with.

Although born and raised in Miami, Erica lived in Boston and Los Angeles before recently making the big move back to South Florida. She graduated from Boston University with a degree in Communications and then spent three years in LA working in talent management, coordinating the professional and day-to-day lives of actors and actresses. Erica does a little bit of everything around the Miami office as well as assisting with all of the marketing efforts on behalf of Room Service.

Erica loves going on cruises and can quote pretty much every episode of The Office.

Shane Myers

Shane has worked in the event industry for 14+ years with experience in various areas ranging from Audio Visual, Hotel Services, Décor and Furniture. At Room Service, Shane is a bit of jack of all trades, he is the Vice President of Operations, overseeing all offices, while also managing the IT side of the company. Shane is sometimes considered the glue of the company. He is a problem solver and draws on his broad range of previous hospitality experience to bring many different perspectives to every situation.

Shane loves traveling with his family, watching his daughter ride horses and loves to bring his two dogs in for a day in the office!

Lindsay Cosimi

Previous to finding her dream job with Room Service, Lindsay was an event coordinator for non-profit and political groups. With Room Service, Lindsay talks the ears off of clients and potential clients in Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville, but is always looking for a way to make their lives easier. She lives and dies for the power of networking and has submersed herself in NACE, MPI, ISES, HSMAI, ABC and ISES in her markets. She even serves on the executive board for ISES and multiple committees for NACE and MPI.

Above all else though, Lindsay is a die-hard Gator fan!!! Go Gators!

Sarah Florio

Sarah assists the Central Florida Sales team in day to day operations, completing proposals, making necessary changes and attends various networking events. Her event experience largely stems from the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, where she recently graduated.

Sarah is originally from Cape Coral, Florida, and currently lives in downtown Winter Park. Upon graduation she moved to London, England where she worked and traveled Europe, but she is happy to be back in the States, and be a part of the Room Service team!

Heidi Berger

Prior to opening the North Eastern division of Room Service as the Rental Consultant, Heidi was a designing member of the Creative Services team at the premier Destination Management Company in Orlando, FL. Heidi had her hand in producing events for a wide range clients from intimate celebrations for Fortune 500 companies to farewell parties for groups of 7,500 participants. With an honors degree from one of the top hospitality colleges in the country and her vast experience, she has already achieved a committee position within her first year of membership in ISES.

When not working, you can find Heidi on the National Mall hopping in and out of museums pulling inspiration from the art and taking advantage of all that her new hometown has to offer!

Jarrett Bonard

Jarrett has been a Room Service team member since day one! He came to Room Service fresh out of college from the great state of Missouri. While managing the growing Miami market in its earliest days, Jarrett helped first had in designing and building a number of product lines. He also learned that being details oriented is the key to having an event run smoothly. Jarrett recently relocated to Washington, DC to open the Room Service North Eastern location.

Jarrett is a one man band, with the gift of being able to master five different musical instruments!

Carrie Silberman

Prior to working at Room Service, Carrie gained event planning experience in New York City, where she interned at MKG Productions, and in France, where she worked on three Cannes Film Festivals. While living in France, she completed her graduate studies towards her Masters of Arts degree in Global Communications and Civil Society from the American University in Paris. Carrie received her B.A. from The University of Maryland-College Park. Her previous work experience includes Research Assistant to the Executive Director of the National Women's Studies Association. Carrie loves traveling and playing tennis.
